Wholesale customers may now place orders online.

Are you an established Wholesale customer? If so, contact us for help getting started:  
Interested in applying for a new Wholesale account? Fill-in the form below and we will contact you the next business day between 8 am and 5 pm, Central Time.

Who can establish a Wholesale account? Any healthcare related professional or business ordering a minimum order of 15 items (mixed or matched) may establish a Wholesale account. Two (2) orders in 12 months are needed to maintain a wholesale account.
Apply for a Wholesale account: Select “Create a Wholesale Account” to begin your application process.  Register your contact information and select a user name and password.  (Check your email to confirm your registration.)
Submit credentials:  Return to www.benacareusa.com to sign-in using your username and password.  Upload your professional credentials, business license and complete the application.
Account activation: Bena Care will activate your account and contact you to help you place your first order!
Account features: Returning customers will enjoy the convenience of not having to re-enter contact information, having a quicker checkout process and ability to review order history.

Pricing: You will receive a current price list and can always obtain an updated pricelist by contacting Bena Care. Once your online account is established, your Wholesale pricing will be available online.
Shipping and handling: Bena Care ships via USPS Priority Mail service.  There is a charge for the actual rate of shipping according to current USPS Priority Mail rates.  Signature may be required.
Lead time: Allow 1 business day to processing your order (we are closed on weekends) and 2 – 4 days for your order to ship via USPS Priority Mail for a total of 3 – 5 business days.
Returns: We are happy to help you with returns, exchanges or refunds within 3 months of product receipt provided that products are returned in the original condition – in unopened and undamaged containers.  It is our policy to refund the price of the product returned, minus actual shipping, plus a 20% restocking fee.  We do not refund shipping.  We do not pay for return shipping.
