Step 2.  Simply add your desired products, ensure you have selected proper size, and quantity. Once you have added everything to your cart submit your order.

Please Note: We do not accept online payments. We only receive your order. Someone from our team will contact your to submit your payment through a phone call or you may mail your check to our office. 

Step 3. Once you have submitted your order our team will reach out to you. We pride in fast delivery. Please allow our team to gather your order and deliver as soon as possible.

We require a Legal Business Name, Address, EIN#, Sales Tax #, and monthly consumption. Please call our office, our sales team can visit you for additional information. 

No, we do not bill directly to any insurance. You must file for reimbursement on your own. All our customers get reimbursed by their insurance.
